Setup Instructions
- Receive Your QR Code: Following your purchase, the QR code and setup guide will be sent to the email or WhatsApp number provided in your order notes.
- Installation: Navigate to your mobile network settings, scan the QR code, and assign it as your active data plan.
- Activation Timing: You may install the eSIM before departure or immediately upon arrival in Korea.
- Network Requirement: A stable Wi-Fi connection is required to complete the initial QR code scanning and profile installation.
Order Management
- Your eSIM is dispatched immediately upon confirmation of payment.
- Ensure your contact information (email or WhatsApp) is accurate to prevent delivery delays.
- Upon landing in South Korea, the device will automatically switch to the optimal local network.
Important Notices
- Confirm your device is eSIM-compatible prior to purchase.
- QR codes are single-use only. Do not delete the eSIM profile once successfully installed.
- Certain applications may experience restricted access based on regional network policies.
- This product is strictly for data services; cellular calls and SMS are not supported.
Tracking Data Usage
- iOS: Go to Settings > Cellular > Current Period Data Usage.
- Android: Go to Settings > Connections > Data Usage.

iPhone models originating from Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau generally do not support eSIM (with exceptions for specific models like iPhone 13 Mini, 12 Mini, SE 2020, and XS).
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Non-refundable: Once the eSIM profile is installed, it is ineligible for a refund.
- Verify device compatibility before purchasing, as incompatibility issues cannot be refunded.
- Refunds are only applicable if the QR code remains unscanned and the product is within its validity window.
- In the event of technical failure, reach out to our support team before attempting to delete or uninstall the eSIM.
- Performance Note: The 5Mbps unlimited tier provides consistent speed, sufficient for 1080p video streaming.

Things to note
- The driver will contact you 1~2 days before the tour date.
- Please wait at the pick up location 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time.
- Parking fee is not included so, drivers may wait further away from tourist attractions For free parking. If this is inconvenient, you can set up a time to meet or pay for parking fee. (Parking fees are charged based on the amount on the parking receipt.)
- Driver will take you to the locations on your itinerary and will not enter attractions with you.
- Your contact information will only be used to prepare a customized route in advance, contact the driver and online assistant during the tour.
- Any emergency situations such as failure to find the meet up point, please contact 82-10-6862-4467 thru whatsapp.
Overtime Surcharge
- Group of 01~10 : KRW 30,000/hour (or USD 30)
- Group of 11~14 : KRW 40,000/hour (or USD 40)
- Group of 17~45 : KRW 50,000/hour (or USD 50)
* The end time of the tour is based on arrival at your hotel.

(For airport transfer : 10 passengers) - Group of 15-18 : Hyundai County or Similar
(For airport transfer : 13 passengers)
* For comfortable travel, it is recommended to use 1-2 people less than the number of passengers.
Luggage details
* The luggage you bring is considered as follows:
- 2ea x 24 inch luggage = 1 passenger
- 1ea x 28 inch luggage = 1 passenger
- 1ea x Baby stroller(or wheelchair) = 1 passenger
* Please take this into consideration when choosing a vehicle. If you are not sure, please contact us.
* Tourmaker will not be held responsible if the booked vehicle cannot accommodate all of your luggage, as it is different from what you stated at the time of booking.

Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation within a minutes.
- If you don't receive a confirmation email or whatsapp, please contact us.
Cancellation policy
- A full refund is possible if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to departure.
- Changes made within 24 hours of the product departure time are not permitted, but please contact the person in charge (whatsapp) to see if changes are possible.
- Cut-off times are based on Korean time.
- In case of unexpected circumstances or bad weather, the operator may cancel your reservation. In this case, you can reschedule or request a full refund.
