How to meet Driver
- Airport pick up
Driver holding your name sign is waiting at the Airprort Meeting Gate.
when parking lot is crowded, you will guided to an alternative meeting place. - Hotel pick up
Driver will standby in front of your hotel parking lot(or hotel lobby) 10 minute earlier than meeting time.
How your reservation is managed.
- Once payment is complete, you will receive a reservation confirmation email (or WhatsApp). If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
- The day before your tour, our driver team will send you driver information via WhatsApp. (Group message delivered to driver)
- Your driver will contact you before meeting time (WhatsApp).
Things to note
- If your flight is delayed or changed, please contact us in advance.
- We are not responsible if the tour is unable to operate due to the number of reservations or luggage being exceeded.
- Any emergency situations such as failure to find the meet up point, please contact us thru whatsapp.
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to your driver

* For comfortable travel, it is recommended to use 1-2 people less than the number of passengers.
Luggage details
* The luggage you bring is considered as follows:
- 2ea x 24 inch luggage = 1 passenger
- 1ea x 28 inch luggage = 1 passenger
- 1ea x Baby stroller(or wheelchair) = 1 passenger
* Please take this into consideration when choosing a vehicle. If you are not sure, please contact us.
* Tourmaker will not be held responsible if the booked vehicle cannot accommodate all of your luggage, as it is different from what you stated at the time of booking.

Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation within a minutes.
- If you don't receive a confirmation email or whatsapp, please contact us.
Cancellation & refund
- No refunds will be given on the day the service is used.
- A full refund is possible if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to departure.
- Changes made within 24 hours of the product departure time are not permitted, but please contact the person in charge (whatsapp) to see if changes are possible.
- Cut-off times are based on Korean time.
- In case of unexpected circumstances or bad weather, the operator may cancel your reservation. In this case, you can reschedule or request a full refund.
- If the driver requests a meeting on time, but the customer is unable to attend due to reasons such as purchasing Wi-Fi, exchanging currency, praying, eating, or unpacking, the driver may not wait for the customer. In this case, no refund will be issued.
